Shipping Definitions

Shipping Time - From the time your order leaves our facility to the time that it arrives at your mailing address. Ship times are approximate. Please note that items are shipped in seperate packages and may arrive separately. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for additional packages to arrive.
Ship times for AK, HI, VI, PR will be on the longer side of estimated delivery times. UPS Shipping not available for P.O. Box or Rural Routes delivery and is only available in the contiguous United States.

Order Processing Time - From the time we recieve your order until the time it leaves our facility. This time period includes security verification and printing. The average order processing time is 3-5 business days.

Delivery Expectations - Adding the order processing time to the shipping time determines the estimated total delivery time for your order. Orders completed after 3:00pm Eastern Time will not ship until the next business day.

Delivery Cost is based upon default internet pricing. If you have a printed offer, you may enter the offer code from your ad to receive that shipment pricing. In-Plant Rush not available for Identity Photo Checks.
